Most face yoga involves exercising and toning your facial muscles. 


But to age well naturally,  some facial muscles need to be exercised and toned while others need excess tension to be released.


Skin health and ageing well naturally means also supporting the structures beneath the skin’s surface so that face muscles are balanced and skin can be naturally smoothed, lifted and rejuvenated. 


Getting the balance right is what you'll build a self care practice around in the Skin Wytch Academy. 



My version of facial fitness is a unique blend of facial exercise and facial release techniques honed from my many years of experience as a facial massage therapist

*Sunday sessions often involve the use of Gua Sha and face cupping techniques to take your self care routine to the next level. You can reap the biggest rewards from your membership by purchasing a starter kit containing a jade Gua Sha tool, a facial cupping set and a 10ml bottle of facial oil so you can use these techniques at home. The starter kit costs £49 and can be purchased here.

FAQs (aka the questions you may still have about joining the Skin Wytch Academy)


How long does it take to see results?


It won’t happen overnight, hence the need for consistency. But with a committed, consistent routine, most members start to see visible results within months. 


What kind of changes can I realistically expect to see in my face?


Myself, Jan and Michelle are all proof that you can see a visible transformation in the look and feel of your skin if you’re consistent with your face yoga routine. This can include a lifted and more refreshed complexion, clearer skin, and a radiant glow. 


Is face yoga really effective compared to injectables?


The great thing about face yoga is that it’s working with the underlying structures in your skin, rather than just a surface level approach eg injectables. Even the best skincare is only acting on the skin’s surface whereas face yoga is promoting results from within. (For best results, quality skincare and face yoga compliment each other beautifully). 


What if I’ve tried face yoga before and couldn’t stick to it?


If you felt that face yoga didn’t work for you previously, it was probably mostly or solely based on exercising and toning whereas the Skin Wytch face yoga approach goes far beyond this and gets to the heart of what ‘s needed to age well naturally. The membership itself is designed to support your momentum so you can keep up your routine and reap the physical and emotional benefits. 


Do I need to use specific skincare products alongside face yoga?


It’s not essential but Skin Wytch Academy members who have booked a personalised skin consultation and are using the science-backed skincare I recommend for their specific skin needs are more likely to see bigger changes in the look and feel of their skin versus face yoga alone. This is because the right skincare naturally supports a healthy skin barrier and is the ‘cherry on top’ when you’re already supporting the structures beneath the skin. 


Can I join if I know nothing about face yoga?


If you’re brand new to face yoga, you can choose to complete my self paced 6 module introduction course, which will give you a good grounding in facial muscles and face yoga techniques. 


If you choose to complete the course, you have lifetime access to the modules.


But completing this course is not mandatory for joining the Skin Wytch Academy as you can learn once you’re inside the membership. 


How much time do I need to commit each week to see benefits?


I recommend joining the three weekly sessions if you can (or as many as possible) and setting aside time each day to perform face yoga exercises. 


What if I can’t attend the live sessions — will replays still be effective?


Absolutely. If you can’t attend live sessions, the replays will support your face yoga routine. You can also view replays from sessions that took place before you join the Skin Wytch Academy to further support the magic. 


Do I need to buy the starter kit?


It’s not mandatory but Sunday sessions often use the Gua Sha and Facial Cupping techniques and tools so you’ll get more from your membership and better support your momentum with these tools and techniques. 


Can I cancel my membership if I need to?


The Skin Wytch Academy is very flexible and can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel and rejoin, you can catch up with the sessions you missed via replays. There’s no minimum commitment period.
