In my Ice facial I use a medical grade cryotherapy device to apply soothing vapours to the face and neck of around -155 degrees. The microcirculation of the skin is temporarily restricted during application, then immediately afterwards returns at 4 times the usual rate for the next several hours, bringing an abundance of oxygen and nutrients to nourish the skin from the inside out. A favourite amongst celebrities, cryotherapy of the face is affectionately known as 'Frotox'; it is a completely natural skin rejuvenation treatment that harnesses the healing ability of your own body to work it's magic. In addition to giving mature skins a boost, Ice facial is also effective in treating skin conditions such as acne & eczma, because of it's ability to reduce inflammation and bring about healing.

Homecare

After a Cryo treatment, circulation is boosted for several hours - facial exercises and massage also boost circulation which works wonders for promoting healthy skin.
